We recently encountered an issue with our payment system. This has resulted in payments being taken, but not reflected on our student’s accounts when applying through Apply Alberta or registering for any continuing education courses and apprentice training. We are currently working on identifying affected accounts and will issue refunds to all students and applicants impacted by this issue. We’re sorry for any stress and frustration caused by this and assure you we are working on a resolution.
